When will my order be sent?
Orders placed by 11:59pm are sent out the next day, and delivery is free. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email so you always know how your order is getting on.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When we send your parcel, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow it. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or get in touch: we are happy to help.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days to return it from the day you receive your order. Just email our customer service team with your order number and we will guide you step by step. The item must be complete and in the same condition as when you received it.
When will I get my refund?
We process the refund once we have received and checked the returned item. The money goes back to the payment method you used for the order. How quickly it shows in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay easily and securely with PayPal or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express). You will see all available methods at checkout, before you confirm your order. Payments are encrypted and we do not store your card details.
Does Veiko deliver across the UK?
Yes. Veiko serves customers across the UK: the shop and customer service are in English, prices are in pounds and we deliver to the UK address you give us.
How do you look after product quality?
We only stock products we would want in our own homes. We describe each one in detail so you know exactly what you are buying. And if something is not quite right, you have 30 days to return it.
